I’m in the middle of his book; the Sweet Life in Paris and the way he describes paris makes it a little bit haunting then you see videos like this and you think, okay i can deal with the fact that people constantly cut in line or not really able to get anything done etc

last night i went to eat dinner with my friends and had french cuisine with a cheap bottle of rose (my friend hates red wine and the Riesling they had was probably too dry). i had a rabbit and it was so rich in flavor but the accompanied spaghetti was delicious

also had terrine for the first time as well as pork rillette. There were also these excellent lamb meat balls with mango-lemon sauce, is what i presume at least.

it’s not something i’m used to but i could get used to
definitely would love to live in paris for a little bit

I really admire people that do something and they stick to it, for as long as they live perhaps. And that’s just absolutely amazing to me because I am not one of those people….

I need to go to Paris soon! And practice my French, been so busy with learning Asian languages that I forgot about the first language that I learned outside of English, French!

So delicious, if I ever make it to Paris I’ll definitely have to go.

And that christmas tree? WOW
