interview friday! Verbal and Jun Takahashi

of course I didn’t do the interviews
but i’m crazy about reading them. i don’t know why. i like to read interviews by everybody!

the new m-flo album JUST Dropped and it did not even hit top ten in the daily album charts in japan. it debuted at like no. 13 and people are like telling taku that he’s selling out on twitter and stuff. and like he’s replying everybody so if you want to have a chat with taku, do it now!

verbal just did an interview HERE with tokyo dandy and he talks about the new album. A lot of fans were disappointed with the new album. i am doing my usual listening routine which is to pick out my favorite tracks and then repeat them to no end.

i am on the fence about it now. i didnt initially like it but it’s slowly growing on me. it’s not an instant hit to me like cosmicolor or ..astromantic. because those were, life time albums. you’ll never tire them but square one. i don’t know how i feel about it. i wish they brought lisa back for a few tracks…

also the next interview is not really an interview but jun takahashi’s interpretation of uniqlo for undercover. i think quite a few people were disappointed with the collection and since i can’t see it i can’t really judge.

because when i saw +J it was really disappointing in person. the quality was not up to par. it just felt much weaker than what was photographed at least.

i think some of the kids stuff is really good. and apparently it was done by jun’s wife. idk, we’ll have to see. hopefully he’ll do a more substantial collection for FW 2012 since that makes a lot more sense.
